Amanda has worked in the real estate industry for the past 2 ½ years providing administrative support to the Bayleys Waiheke team. She has also had extensive work experience in similar roles, working with law firms and the NZ Police prior to joining Bayleys.
Amanda is the Office Manager of the Waiheke Accom team, and her role is to ensure that the systems and processes in place are running smoothly and to the best of their capabilities. She also assists with bookings, liaises with owners and guests, and provides overall administrative management of the YesBookit system.
Working closely with the Waiheke Accom team, as well as the sales and property management teams at Bayleys, Amanda has a feel for what is happening in the local market. She is committed to providing excellent customer service, and also ensuring that the Waiheke Accom team strive to exceed customer expectations.

Tracey joins the Waiheke Accom team with an extensive background in customer services roles, having a long established career in the retail industry. She has also previously worked in the holiday home management market on Waiheke Island.
Tracey excels at providing top quality customer service to all of Waiheke Accom's customers, whether they be guests, owners, or contractors. She consistently provides a high standard of service and is always on hand to help with information on holiday accommodation on Waiheke Island.

Mary has a long established history in the real estate industry, having worked in this field for the past 24 years.
Over the last 10 years Mary has run the very successful Bayleys Waiheke, which is a member of the Bayleys Realty Group. Bayleys is a well-known and trusted real estate group, with 60 offices throughout New Zealand and Fiji. Internationally, Bayleys is a member of the Cushman & Wakefield and Christie’s Great Estates global property alliances. In addition, Bayleys have their own display office in London (with the support of Cushman & Wakefield) and undertake regular marketing trips, exhibitions and seminars in different parts of the world.
Mary is the owner and Manager of Waiheke Accom and plays a key role in its success. Her understanding of the real estate market and the need to provide high quality holiday accommodation on Waiheke Island means that she has her finger on the pulse when it comes to meeting customer expectations.
Mary’s role is to oversee the day-to-day running of Waiheke Accom, and to ensure that our clients receive total satisfaction in their dealings with us.
